The client should expect to play an active role in this session. The therapist will use myofascial release, deep tissue massage & myoskeletal alignment techniques as required.
Bamboo Fusion Massage

A massage using warm bamboo sticks to roll & knead your muscles. This massage promotes circulation and provides a deep sense of relaxation and well-being.
Winter Muscle Melt

This treatment is a perfect winter massage. It’s a combination of a Synergy Hot Stone Massage & Cupping Massage. Each part of the body is undraped, where we begin with a hot stone massage and immediately followed by a cupping treatment & re-draped. An infrared heat lamp will be used to keep our clients nice and toasty as we move to the next area of the body to treat. Winter never felt this good! Note: This treatment does not leave cup marks.
Cupping Facial

This treatment can be a great add-on at the end of a massage treatment or can be purchased alone. What are the benefits? Can relieve sinus congestion, drain stagnant fluids & ease puffiness. Relieve TMJ tension, soften the appearance of fine lines and scar tissue. This is the perfect preparation and recovery protocol for any facial surgery. In addition, it can provide enhanced assimilation of ampoules, masks or serums, so if there’s a product you like to use, please bring it to your appointment to use after treatment. Note: This treatment is NOT recommended for post Botox or Filler treatment but can be beneficial pre treatment.
MediCupping Massage

Designed by a massage therapist, no area is left behind. These stones were designed to contour each part of the body. The heat promotes healing and the stones glide along your body, melting the knots along the way.
Medical Cupping Add-On

Medical cupping massage is an excellent add-on for painful areas that are initially sensitive to pressure. Note: This does not leave cupping rings.

The STILL Escape

Be prepared to escape up the lane at 100 Round Hill Rd for 2 1/2 hrs of self-care. This package is sure to delight. From head-to-toe: a Kansa wand face massage, a light scalp massage, 90-min. full body relaxation massage and paraffin treatment for your hands and feet. Add some background music, a soothing waterfall and the scent of lavender in the air to complete your experience.
